New User Registration
 In order to register for an account, you must have an active Kennesaw State University student email account (ie, tommyd@students.kennesaw.edu).  Your temporary password will be sent to your students.kennesaw.edu email address, so you must provide a valid Net ID.

What is a NetID?

Your NetID is a user name assigned by Kennesaw State University.  This is the user name you use for KSU email, WebCT, registration, etc.

For example, if you KSU email address is JL0000@students.kennesaw.edu, your NetID is JL0000.  Your NetID is also printed on your student ID.

Why is my NetID needed?

We require a NetID to make sure only KSU students register, and that each student can only register one account.

Because each KSU student is given a NetID, this is the easiest method for ensuring that registration is limited to one account for each KSU student.

What is my user name?

Your user name is what you will use to log in to KSUStudents.com

Your user name will be shown with any books that you list for sale, as well as with any messages you exchange with other KSUStudents.com users.

Valid user names

Your user name must meet the following criteria:

  • It cannot be the same as your NetID
  • It must be 5 - 15 characters in length
  • It must begin with a letter or number
  • It can only contain letters, numbers, periods, spaces, hyphens(-), and underscores(_).
